Have you added the "Ask an Expert" widget to your county website? If so, you might want to use this news release template written by Adrian Gaskins, Extension Agent - Information Management to let your target audience know about this new feature.
This just gives your audience another way to contact you. The nice thing about them asking questions via this widget is that you can answer it in much less time than a phone call or face-to-face visit. For the client, the advantage is they can ask their question at any time of the day or night.
If you have any questions or don't have this widget on your county website yet, contact your Information Management Agent and schedule a date to get everyone in your office ready to take and answer questions.
