With the prevalence of networked copiers in many, if not most, offices you can use MS Office's (or other application's) MailMerge feature to print customized letters, pre-addressed newsletters and much more.
The last time I taught the MailMerge Workshop I was in a hurry to get a large number of people trained immediately following the rollout of the new NCCE Contacts application and I tried to cover too much. I tried to cram too much information and please too many people at once. As a result, it was not a training session I was proud of.
In the hopes of redeeming myself, I am offering three more MailMerge workshops. Each one is targeted at a different version of MS Office so there will be less confusion. Also, these sessions are scheduled for two hours instead of one. I doubt we will need the full two hours, but I wanted to make sure we could take our time have lots of hands-on practice and make sure you are comfortable with being able to use MailMerge for their projects when you left.
In these sessions, you will learn how to create a data file to use with your MailMerge documents as well as how to create a MailMerge document from scratch.
