EIT and the Information Management Agents will conduct a session for County Computer Contacts and CEDs to help understand the role and EIT's expectation of the Computer Contact and to make sure they understand how to carry out those duties. In this session, we will review the roles of the Computer Contact, Information Management Agents and EIT as well as review the hardware that you might be asked to interact with and the processes for adding and removing new users. If you have any questions about the County Computer Contact role, this will be a great time to discuss them.
